MetroPCS announced new simpler 4G LTE plans that “deliver more value and offer the most affordable unlimited 4G LTE available.” The carrier is offering unlimited 4G LTE data, text and talk for just $60 per month with all taxes and regulatory fees included. If you don’t need all that data, you can select some of other two plans unveiled – one offering unlimited data with 2.5GB at 4G LTE speed ($50) and unlimited data with 500MB at 4G LTE speed ($40). Unlimited talk and text also come included.

As for which phones should you use with these new plans, MetroPCS is known to offer low-cost 4G LTE device starting at some $100, though you’re best off with the Samsung Galaxy S III which has a huge screen that makes it great for consuming media content while on the go.
