The famous maker of Angry Birds exceeded one billion downloads during 2012, with 263 million monthly active users reported playing their games in December.
According to Rovio, there were 30 million downloads in Christmas week, 8 million of which downloaded games on Christmas Day alone. Moreover, during the month of December, monthly active user figure exceeded the 200 million recorded by the end of 2011 by 30 percent.
The company keeps releasing new updates to its games, keeping its user base happy. Their latest gig was bringing new levels to Angry Birds Space as part of the Pig Dipper update…
