Usually we have the unlocked devices getting the updates first and only then users who got the phone from a carrier get the same deal. With the Nokia Lumia 920 that wasn’t the case with AT&T customers first receiving the goodies. I can only speculate that the Finnish company took this road because it values the U.S. market more, but I could be wrong.
In any case, updates for international versions of the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 have started rolling and include the “always-on” Wi-Fi feature, and the ability to reject calls with an SMS (along with other messaging improvements). In addition, the camera app is also updated, bringing few enhancements to the mix.
Yup, you should “push the button” the second your Lumia smartphone informs you about the new software waiting for download. The Wi-Fi fix alone is worth the update…
