Today is the day that jailbreakers have been waiting for — the release of a tool that’ll crack open the iPhone 5 and iPad 3/4. According to Redmond Pie, the Evad3rs jailbreak teamannounced via Twitter that the jailbreak tool is in the final stages of development and will land on February 4th. The Evasi0n website has a status bar that counts down to the launch time and the underlying code for that counter pegs the release for 9 AM Pacific and Noon Eastern time.
