Sony bundles 299 GBP premium headphones with Xperia Z pre-orders in the UK

Sony has started the marketing push for its latest flagship, Xperia Z, in the UK. Under the deal, the first 1000 users who pre-order the device from Three, O2, Phones4U or Carphone Warehouse will get a free premium headphones, worth 299 GBP (Sony MDR-1R Prestige headphones). Here’s the rundown of all the offers:

  • Three: Available are black and white units, with prices starting at 34 GBP per month on a 24-month contract, with a £69 up-front fee.
  • O2: Black and purple color models offered on an array of tariffs. The cheapest plan with a free phone costs 47 GBP per month on a two-year contract.
  • The Carphone Warehouse: Black and white models are selling on four two-year contracts with O2 and Vodafone, ranging from 33 to 38 GBP per month.
  • Phones4U: Black and white Xperia Z is selling on two-year contracts with Vodafone, starting at 33 GBP per month with 29 GBP up-front fee.

Meanwhile, Vodafone also announced that it will be selling Sony’s beast phone…
