Sony has started rolling out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean firmware update for the Xperia T, aka the Bond phone. The software version 9.1.A.0.489 comes with all of the goodies Android 4.1 brings — including Google Now, improved push notifications and Project Butter enhancements — as well as Sony’s own software updates that should make your Xperia T that much better.

The rollout has apparently started in Europe with few users in the Netherlands getting it. We’re sure this will be a global update though it takes time to serve every Xperia T user out there. Do let us know when you get the new software and the changes you notice…
