According to a report in SamMobile, Samsung may unveil its next generation flagship handset, the Galaxy S IV, on March 15th. The location for the event is not known, but invitations could go out soon after Mobile World Congress ends in February. A trusted insider provided this tidbit of information to the rumor blog.

The S IV is expected to include an Exynos 5 Octa CPU, a 5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear shooter, a 2-megapixel web came and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. It is expected to launch sometime in first half of 2013.
