Some 20 days ago Samsung announced Galaxy Note II in amber brown and ruby wine, and now another color version has been unveiled. We didn’t get the memo (press release) but we did caught the pink phablet at Samsung Taiwan’s website. No word whether this version will hit the Western markets but if Samsung wanted to have it released by Valentine’s Day, it failed to do so. We’re just a week away from February 14th and since the marketing push hasn’t started yet, it’s safe to bet the pink Galaxy Note II will have to wait for another month or so.
Anyway, aside from a different paint job, there are no any other differences between this pink model and the original phablet. It has the same 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display, quad-core Exynos 4412 processor, 2GB of RAM, S-pen, 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing one, and a solid 3,100 mAh battery.
As of November 2012, Samsung has sold more than 5 million Galaxy Note II units around the world.
