Google is stomping about its Google Glass wearable tech today. The company released a new YouTube video that shows the Google Glass from a user’s point of view. It’s an interesting look at what it would feel like to have the glasses on while you go about your day.

Google also kicked off a new round of its beta program that’ll let early adopters preorder the $1500 glasses if they tweet about the ways they would use the head gear. The social campaign will get people talking about the wearable tech and maybe even garner more interest in the product. I’m not completely sold on Google Glass yet, but I love where wearable tech is headed. Kudos to Google for helping lead the way.
