Japanese carrier Emobile unveiled its first LTE smartphone, and it’s the Huawei GL07S, which we can’t help but compare to the upcoming Ascend P2. The phone looks like a black version of Huawei’s upcoming “world’s thinnest smartphone” though it’s 8.6mm thick (instead of 6.5mm). Then again, the Chinese company may repeat the last year’s practice (as it did with the Ascend P1) and release not one but two different versions of the Ascend P2, one of which will be super-thin while the other one will sport a bigger battery. So I guess the Huawei GL07S would fit in the second group with its 2,350mAh battery that will keep the phone running for up to 8 hours.
In addition, this baby also comes with a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, LTE connectivity, 4.7-inch 720p HD screen, 13-megapixel rear camera and 32GB of built-in storage…
