A little known company (at least I haven’t heard about it before) EZIO unveiled few fancy Bluetooth-enabled products – EZIO Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Watch and EZIO Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Jewelry collection. However, unlike some other high-tech watches like Pebble, I’m Watch and MetaWatch – EZIO’s baby looks like a regular watch, rather than something only geeks would wear (and I’m a geek). In that sense, both their jewelry and watch products don’t have screens on them and will rather only inform you (vibrate and alert) about incoming calls and text messages – so you don’t miss a beat. In addition, the EZIO Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Watch can also alert their respective owners when the phone is out of range (5-10 foot radius), protecting them against smartphone theft and loss.
EZIO’s Smart Watch will come in a variety of designs with both stainless steel and leather bands for men and women. The price is set at $149.99. On the other hand, the EZIO Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Jewelry collection will sell for $99.99 per piece, and that money also gets you a couple of Swarovski crystals along with hand-finished enameling.
Both the EZIO Bluetooth Smart Watch and Smart Jewelry lines will start selling in March 2013.
