It’s time that we wrap-up with this year’s Mobile World Congress. First thing we’ll say is that we’re sad to see that the big event is no longer the place where the majority of handset makers announce their products, with two giants like HTC and Samsung both using their own shows for that occasion (at least for their flagship products). On the other hand, there were other new device like Asus’ Padfone Infinity and FonePad, Nokia Lumia 520 and Lumia 720, to name the few. Still, none of them made a big splash, except perhaps the latest Padfone which will likely hit the market in the second half of the year.

Anyway, here are all our hands-on posts we took while in Barcelona: Alcatel One Touch Fire, Alcatel One Touch StarAlcatel One Touch Idol XAsus FonePad, Asus PadFone Infinity, ASUS MemoPad 10, Fujitsu ARROWS X F-02E, Fujitsu Stylistic S01, HP Slate 7Huawei Ascend P2Lenovo K900, Lenovo S6000 tabletLenovo A3000 and A1000LG Optimus F5 and F7LG Optimus G ProKyocera TorqueNEC Medias W, NEC Medias Tab UL N-08D, Nokia Lumia 520Nokia Lumia 720NVIDIA Phoenix reference designSamsung Galaxy 8.0Sony Xperia Tablet ZZTE Grand Memo, and ZTE Open Firefox Phone.

The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do. In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application. Dusan used to run SymbianWatch.com which later became part of IntoMobile. He lives in Serbia, South-East Europe, from where he edits the site on a daily basis.
