Thanks to the folks over at SamMobile, we now have a list that details which Samsung devices will be receiving the upcoming version of Android, the yet unannounced Android 5.0. The list also details which devices will receive the Android 4.2.2 update, but will not make the cut to receive Android 5.0, Key Lime Pie.
With Samsung releasing an astonishing amount of devices over the last year, the company is showing its commitment to keep older devices functional whilst releasing new ones. Although Samsung is only updating 5 devices to Android 5.0, some mid-range Android devices will be getting a value pack update, a strategy that Samsung used with its first line of Galaxy devices.
The list below has not yet been officially confirmed by Samsung, and is subject to change (obviously). Check back with us as we receive more details on official updates. For now, check out the list below to see which Samsung devices will be receiving updates.
