Looks like Sprint will get a new version of the Galaxy S III, one that will come in purple. As you can see for yourself from the image above, the purple S3 looks pretty darn sexy and we’ve no doubts the Now Network (and other carriers which pick it up) will be able to move a critical number of these to prolong the life of a still-solid smartphone for few more months. After that, the Galaxy S4 will launch and not that many folks will look back at last year’s top phone… or at least, that’s the way geeks like us like to look at these things (though we realize not everyone wants or even needs a high-end phone all the time).
Anyway, it is said that Sprint will start selling the purple Galaxy S III from mid-April.
As a reminder, the Samsung Galaxy S III is already available in a number of color versions, including Black, Red, Blue, White, Grey and Brown.
