AT&T LG Optimus G OTA Jelly Bean Update Now Live

AT&T's LG Optimus G gets a small update, not Jelly Bean we crave for

Owners of the AT&T LG Optimus G will be getting an update today, which brings Android 4.1 Jelly Bean to the device. The update brings all of the Jelly Bean goodies to the handset, such as Google Now and Project Butter, along with some other new features. The update includes a new Tasks app that syncs with Outlook, expandable notifications and a NCAA March Madness Live app. It also enables the Isis Mobile Wallet, a mobile payment solution that is currently being tested in Austin and Salt Lake City, and processes mobile payments as well as offering virtual loyalty cards, offers and deals.

The update is rolling out OTA, so be expecting the update to land on your device sometime soon. If you’ve got a hankering to get the update immediately, you can always manually update by heading to Settings>General>About phone>Software Update>Update now on your device and follow the instructions.
