The Acer Iconia A1-810 is a new tablet that will take on the iPad Mini with its 7.9-inch IPS display with 1024×768 pixels resolution. It will be out soon, offering quite a bang for the buck. Specs wise, this tablet comes with MediaTek’s MT8125 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing one, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, HDMI out port, 3,250mAh battery, 16GB of internal memory and a microSD memory card slot.
As for the price, French online retailer Rue Du Commerce lists Acer’s baby with a price tag of 199 EUR, which is some 140 EUR less than what iPad Mini is selling at the moment. The A1-810 is expected to be in stock on June 3rd, and we tend to believe other countries across Europe will get it at that time, as well.
As reported earlier, Acer plans to sell some 7 million Android tablets this year, with device like this one helping it reach its figures…
