Thanks to some hard investigating on the part of TmoNews, we now have word that Sony’s Xperia Z is currently being tested on T-Mobile. This signals the possibility of the Xperia Z appearing on T-Mobile in the U.S.
The Xperia Z is a beauty of a device, touting a 5.0 inch TFT 1920×1080 display running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and powered by a quad-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The unit has 13MP rear Exmor RS camera, a 2 MP front-facing camera and is water-resistant for up to 30 minutes of exposure.
There’s still no guarantee that the Xperia Z will me coming to T-Mobile anytime soon, if ever, but if T-Mobile does decide to go ahead with this device, there’s no doubt that T-mobile customers will be very happy to have this awesome Android device in their hands.
