Hot on the heels of Samsung’s official announcement of the Samsung Galaxy S4 being officially released on seven U.S. carriers this month, AT&T has unveiled its plans for the device. AT&T’s Galaxy S4 pre-order page is live today, offering the 16GB version of the device for $199.99 on a new two-year contract. The device can also be purchased for $449.99 with a new one-year agreement, and $639.99 with a month-to-month contract. AT&T is offering the Galaxy S4 in two different colors, White Frost and Black Mist.
