As part of its commitment to support the modding community, Samsung released source codes for few additional devices, including the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, Galaxy Mega 5.8 Duos, Galaxy Mega 6.3 GSM and Verizon’s Galaxy S4. The new code joins the previously released stuff for an LTE-enabled Galaxy Mega 6.3, as well as different versions of the Galaxy S4.
We applaud Samsung (and other handset makers doing the same thing) for their (indirect) backing of the development of third-party ROMs, providing more options for consumers. And in that sense, we’re eagarly waiting to see what the modding community can do with this stuff.
As usual, source code files for all Samsung products reside at opensource.samsung.com.
