The soon to be announced HTC Butterfly S has been caught in the wild and brought to you by the good folks of VR-Zone. The device that will apparently supersede the original Butterfly smartphone — also known as Droid DNA in the States — will boast a 5-inch full HD screen, a pair of front speakers (BoomSound) and the latest version of Sense UI with BlinkFeed. Unlike the HTC One, this phone will rock a plastic body, likely making it more affordable.
All details will be known on June 19th when HTC will officially announce the Butterfly S hopefully with information on how much it will cost and when we’ll be able to buy it. At the same time, the Taiwanese company will spill details on the Desire 600’s local availability, which is the part we won’t bug you with. Stay tuned in the meantime.
