AT&T has started rolling out Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for the Pantech Flex. Few owners of the everything-but-popular device will get to benefit from all the improvements and tweaks introduced in this software release, including Google Now, fancier and actionable push notifications, and Project Butter enhancements.
According to AT&T’s blog post, Flex owners will get a message informing them that the new software version is available for download and then just follow the provided instructions.
As with every update, it is suggested that your phone’s battery is fully charged and that you’re connected to a fast Wi-Fi hotspot to make the process as seamless as possible. Hopefully Jelly Bean will help you sell the Flex faster… so you can buy some better device.
