The patent application description mentions “clocks; parts and fittings for watches; wristwatches; electronic clocks and watches; bracelets; watchbands; control clocks; watches that communicate data to personal digital assistants…” If that doesn’t smell like a smart watch to you, I don’t know what does.
The first Samsung smart watch could be unveiled at the upcoming IFA event, taking place in September in Berlin, Germany. At that time, we could also see it singing along Sammy-made smartphones like the Galaxy Note III and Galaxy S4. We’ll have to wait and see what the Korean company comes up with.
