Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids coming soon

Samsung is preparing to launch a special version of its Galaxy Tab 3 tablet for kids. Simply called Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids, this device comes with a number of preinstalled apps and games that should make the device more interesting to younger users. Moreover, the tablet comes with kid-friendly colors like yellow and orange, as well as protective case aimed at saving it from accidental spills.

Specs wise, we’re talking about the 7-inch Galaxy Tab 3 variant that has a 1024×600 pixels display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 3.2-megapixel rear and 1.3-megapixel front cameras, 4,000mAh battery and 8GB of expandable storage.

It is said that Samsung will first launch this tablet in South Korea at some point in September, and afterwards who knows – it could easily bring it to its retail partners all across the globe. We’ll be on the lookout and get back to you as soon as we have something new to add…

Makes sense for Samsung to cover different markets…

There is no chance a small kid can use it as long as those easy to touch capacitive buttons aren’t replace with real buttons. Even I had to disable them on my Note 8 because I always accidently hit them. So annoying.
