It looks as though the recently released Moto X will be getting a price cut in Q4, according to @evleaks. @evleaks is predicting that the Moto X will drop by $100 in Q4, making the currently $199 handset available for $99. While it is not directly mentioned, we’re assuming the price cut will be applicable to all carriers.
@evleaks also predicts that the wooden backside option will be available in Q4, carrying a $50 price tag.
The Moto X is currently available stateside on AT&T and Verizon, with other carriers following suit in the near future.
