Samsung’s recently unveiled Galaxy Gear smartwatch and Galaxy Note 3 phablet will be coming to Verizon, according to a tweet from @VZWNews. The tweet does not detail pricing or availability, but Samsung did state at their Unpacked event that the two devices will be available on September 25th. Verizon is known for releasing devices a little later than other carriers though, so we’ll see how this all plays out.
The Galaxy Note 3 rocks with a 5.7-inch 1080p HD display, 3 GB of RAM, 13-megapixel camera Smart Stabilization and high CRI LED flash, and 3,200 mAh battery. It’ll ship with 32GB or 64GB internal storage and a microSD card slot. Color options include Jet Black, Classic White and Blush Pink.
The Galaxy Gear smartwatch touts 2.5 inch OLED display, dual-core CPU, along with a camera, NFC, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, and accelerometer. It will come in a variety of colors, and can be used exclusively with Samsung Galaxy devices.
We’ll keep you updated on pricing and availability as it is revealed.
