Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablets getting multi-user support soon

Although Google included multi-user support in Android 4.2, Samsung forgot to add this capability in its Galaxy Tab 3 series. That, however, is about to change as you can see from a leaked screenshot above.

While we still don’t know when the Korean giant will start rolling out the update to address this issue, we tend to think that will happen sooner rather than later. After all, the stock Android comes with this capability out of box so I guess now it’s just about fine-tuning TouchWIZ UI to accommodate the change — i.e. make room for a new option. And that new option (“Users”) will be included under the “Settings” panel.

As far as I’ve understood, multi-user support will be released for all 3 models of the Galaxy Tab 3 series, though we still don’t have that confirmed. Hopefully this will be a short wait. Stay tuned in the meantime…
