Verizon Wireless Confirms HTC One Max For Holiday Launch

The HTC One Max is the company’s latest and greatest device for the year, and it won’t be long before customers on Verizon and Sprint can get their hands on the phablet. Earlier today, Verizon confirmed that it would indeed be carrying the One Max, which we already knew, but gave us a vague timeline as to when we can expect it on shelves.

Destined for a launch this holiday season, those who were hoping to grab the One Max sometime this month are going to be a bit disappointed. (We’re guessing Big Red doesn’t consider Halloween as a holiday. It should.) Of course, the term ‘holiday season’ can be stretched a bit and we wouldn’t be at all surprised if we saw the One Max land sometime in early to mid November. Of course, we could also see it debut sometime closer to Black Friday as well.

The One Max is a large and sexy device with a 5.9 inch 1080p HD display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon 600 CPU, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, BoomSound speakers, Ultrapixel camera, and more. While phablet devices aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, the One Max is still a beautiful device that will likely satisfy people who buy it.

While we wait to get a little more light shed on the exact availability date of the HTC One Max for Verizon, be sure to check out our hands-on with the international unit here and stay tuned for a full review!
