BlackBerry has started rolling out BlackBerry 10.2 OS update for the Z10, Q10 and Q5. To keep its servers up and running, the company will push the new software in stages, but the chances are that the majority of users all around the world will be “covered” soon.
In a blog post, BlackBerry noted that “version 10.2 will begin rolling out to customers starting this week through their carriers in Europe, Canada, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, with other countries to follow.”
The latest updated to the platform comes with “hundreds of new refinements,” including BlackBerry Priority Hub and BlackBerry Natural Sound that enables BBM Voice and BBM Video chats to sound more natural and realistic. In addition, there are a number of smaller tweaks like instant previews of BBM, SMS and email within any app; copy and paste enhancements; and easier social sharing.
The latest BlackBerry device, Z30, runs 10.2 OS right from the bat.
