The newly announced Nokia Lumia 1520 has already been priced in Europe. Even though the Finnish company said it will cost $749 (some €542) before taxes and subsidies, those eager to be among the first ones to get the very first Windows Phone phablet will have to pour out whopping €699.99 (around $966).
The information comes from Italy’s Nstore, which is already taking pre-orders, even requiring deposit of €99.90. It expects to get first units at some point in November.
For those of you who missed it, the Lumia 1520 comes with a big 6-inch full HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 20-megapixel PureView camera with dual LED flash on the back, 2GB of RAM, LTE connectivity support, solid 3,400mAh battery and 32GB of expandable storage. Yeah, it’s by far the best Windows Phone device ever announced; the only “problem” (which all phablets have) may be its size which won’t fit everyone’s pockets…
