Today Verizon announced that the BlackBerry Z30 will become available next month for $200 as a carrier exclusive. If you haven’t been terribly interested in BlackBerry’s previous BB10 handsets, then the Z30 may change your mind.
The BlackBerry Z30 ships with a 5 inch 720p HD display, 1.7GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU, wireless charging, BlackBerry Natural Sound, as well as a non removable but large 2,800 mAh battery.
Announced in September, Verizon is first to get dibs on the new BB10 handset, but we could see this ‘exclusive’ end at some point and other carriers could get in on the action.
Eligible customers will be able to buy the handset for $200 on a new two-year agreement or $22.91 for 24 months using Verizon Edge.
The BlackBerry is a handsome looking handset that’s a cut above the rest when it comes to BB10 handsets. Will you bite?
