Folks who bought the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 from Sprint were unpleasantly surprised to learn that their brand-new phablet doesn’t deliver decent call quality. Something was wrong with the software that made phone calls awful. Moreover, keyboard handwriting mode was also broken potentially causing some funny auto-correct failures.
We’re not sure how these two bugs came into existence but the good thing is that Sammy took note, and is about to push the update to fix these two. Actually, the updated software has already started rolling out but that doesn’t mean you can already download it. As it’s usually the case with these sort of things, updates are rolled out in stages to make sure downloads run smoothly.
