AT&T is continuing to deliver its 4G LTE around the country in breakneck speeds, with today’s announcement of 14 new markets. If you check the list you’d notice that many of these new spots are made of rural towns, which is very important to expanding a network.

Below are the regions to get AT&T’s 4G LTE signals for the very first time:

  • Fairbanks Metropolitan Area, AK
  • Galesburg, IL
  • Macomb, IL
  • Peoria, IL
  • Des Moines, IA
  • Madisonville, KY
  • Maysville, KY
  • Cumberland, MD
  • St. Cloud, MN
  • St. Joseph, MO
  • Roanoke Rapids, NC
  • Gettysburg, PA
  • Big Spring, TX
  • Winchester, VA

This brings AT&T’s total to 461 places with its 4G LTE coverage, not bad. However it’s still playing catch up to Verizon.
