The Humble Bundle flash sales have been a staple for deal-savvy PC gamers since they began back in 2010. Now the group behind the Humble Bundles and Weekly Sales have launched a store, offering discounts on game downloads 24/7. The Humble Store recently launched. It’s a one stop shop for all your gaming needs and a portion of each purchase will always go to charity!
The new store front, known as The Humble Store offers individual titles instead of games bundled for sale in one shot. You can buy any game at any time. Titles are hand selected by the Humble team, but your choices will be much broader than could possibly fit in a single Humble Bundle. New games will be added every day as the Humble Store builds its library, starting with a number of deeply discounted options, including Guild Wars 2 and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon, both at more than 30% off!
As with the Bundles and Weekly Sales, a portion of the proceeds go to charity. Unlike those packages, you won’t have the option to set the ratio of your contribution to charity with the sliders. Instead, a flat 10% is shared between charities such as Child’s Play, The Red Cross, and the Electric Frontier Foundation.
Check out the announcement trailer and press release below, and be sure to head over the Humble Store to grab your discounted games!
