If you live in the UK and have been eyeing the Nokia Lumia 2520, you’ll be sad to learn that no operator has signed-up with the Finnish company to sell its tablet. That, however, doesn’t mean you won’t be able to buy the Windows RT device at all — you just won’t be able to get it with a carrier contract.
The Lumia 2520 will start selling on December 4th — two days before the Lumia 1520 — exclusively through John Lewis. In order to get one, you’ll have to shell out no less than £399.99, while the keyboard case will get another £149.95 from your pocket. Kinda steep when you think about it.
Meanwhile, Americans can choose to buy Nokia’s tablet from either AT&T or Verizon.
Again, the Lumia 2520 rocks a 10.1-inch full HD screen, 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, Bluetooth 4.0, 6.7-megapixel Zeiss rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing one, and an 8,000 mAh battery.
