Cover Lockscreen App Now Available in Google Play Store

Cover, the Android Lockscreen replacement application that adapts and learns from your habits is now available in the Google Play Store. The previously invite-only application is now available for all to enjoy, bringing with a unique take on the lockscreen, utilizing Android’s flexibility.

After a quick setup, Cover will begin to learn the applications you use most when at home, work, or out and about. Depending on where you are, the applications displayed on the lockscreen will change. For instance, when you’re in a car, Cover will detect movement and bring the “car” screen front and center when you unlock your phone. It will also detect if your car has bluetooth, allowing you to quickly connect with little effort.

Six applications line the side of your lockscreen, allowing the user to quickly jump into an application by dragging their finger.

The location-centric lockscreen is a great idea and brings the applications that are important to you at the right time.

This isn’t the first Android lockscreen that’s truly different from anything else we’ve seen before, though. If you want to make some money for unlocking your phone, Locket can do just that for you. Still, if you want a lockscreen that really works for you, Cover has you… right.
