LG GX coming soon?

LG may be working on a new smartphone or phablet marked as GX. We’re not 100% sure what this device is all about, and all we have is the leaked ad above to show you, compliments of GizChina. According to them, this phone could boast a 5.5-inch full HD screen, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, 13-megapixel camera on the back and 4G LTE connectivity support. In addition, it will use either Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 or Snapdragon 800.

From what I can tell, the LG GX looks very much like the LG Optimus G Pro and in that sense I assume it’s a slightly update version of that phablet. So it could use Snapdragon 800, rather than Snapdragon 600 the original G Pro rocks.

No word whether this is a bogus rumor or real product that will be released soon. We’ll keep watching where this goes and let you know as soon as we have something new to add. Stay tuned…
