Instagram just updated its app on Windows Phone with some basic features found on both Android and iOS. Version 0.2 brings the ability for users to tag people in photos and now the option to use locations and add photos to maps. This isn’t anything new but they’re much-needed features; being able to upload content and include the names of friends and followers is key.
Other than that, the update adds the usual bug fixes and behind the scenes improvements. Instagram on WP8 is still in beta, so the social network is still working through some things that need to be ironed out.
