Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed Finally Comes to Android

The newest version of Sega’s kart racing franchise was in the news recently for bringing back a classic Sega character. It came to iOS devices yesterday and now Android users can get in on the fun. Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed is out now on the Google Play Store!

Sega began teasing pics of the main character from cult-classic Shenmue on its Facebook page last week, sparking speculation that he’d be coming to Sonic & All Stars Racing Transformed. Yesterday the company confirmed that the rumors were true, and Ryo Hazuki would be coming to its racer. Ryo will be playable in the iOS and Android ports of the game.

Unfortunately there’s no plans to bring him to any other versions of the game at this point. Sega’s kart racer came out last year and is available for just about every platform imaginable including mobile, all consoles and PC.

The Android version of the game is out now for $4.99 on the Google Play Store. For all the details check out the description below:
