How To Watch Super Bowl XLVIII For Free on Your iPad

No cable? No problem. Super Bowl XLVIII will be available to watch on iPads and the web, thanks to Fox Sports. On February 2nd, anyone who has downloaded the Fox Sports Go app for the iPad will be able to stream the whole Super Bowl, including the pre- and post-game shows. Fox will stream the big game in both English and Spanish.

Usually, the Fox Sports Go app requires a qualifying cable subscription to stream games and other content. But Fox is bending the rules a bit for the Super Bowl, allowing anyone with the Fox Sports Go app and an iPad access to content beginning at 12:00 AM ET on Sunday, February 2nd until 3:00 AM ET on Monday February 3rd.

Unfortunately, Fox isn’t allowing iPhone users the ability to stream the game, due to restrictions.

Super Bowl XLVIII featuring the Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks will kick off at 6:30 PM ET on Sunday, February 2nd. The Fox Sports Go app can be downloaded here. If you’re going to view the game on the web, head here to check it out.
