Samsung teams-up with Phones 4u to open 15 new flagship stores in the UK

Samsung “just can’t get enough.” After making a deal with the Carphone Warehouse to open 60 stores across Europe, they’ve cornered another phone retailer for a similar scheme. It’s Phones 4u which will open and run 15 new Samsung flagship stores in the UK.

It’s important to note that the two parties have been co-operating in the past, and that Phones 4u is already running the flagship Samsung store in Westfield Stratford. Moreover, it was Phones 4u who used to ran pop-up stores for Samsung as part of the Korean company’s official Olympics sponsorship in 2012.

“Together, Phones 4u and Samsung offer amazing customer experiences that bring the latest mobile technology to life,” said Phones 4u’s CMO Scott Hooton. “The first fifteen stores will showcase a full range of Samsung phones, computing accessories and wearable technology. We are already a leading retailer of Samsung phones and are thrilled to be further developing our strong relationship.”
