Apple’s new iOS 7.1 update will be bringing some new voices to Siri, enabling iPhones everywhere to speak in Japanese, UK and Australian male and female voices.
The news comes to us from AppleInsider, who received the news from someone who has dug through Apple’s iOS 7.1 beta release.
New voices aren’t the only thing in iOS 7.1 either. Siri will also gain more access to iOS devices, gaining the ability to control more features on iOS devices such as searching for photos and opening up apps. There is no official release date for iOS 7.1, but some are speculating that a “gold master” version of the iOS 7.1 beta will be ready soon, providing a possible March launch for the public.
