Roads? Where we’re going we don’t need any roads.
The 1980’s were an amazing and weird time, full of floppy disks, pixellated images, butt-rock and of course, mullets. The 80’s were really the birth of our electronic device addiction, with the creation of the microprocessor opening up the door for a whole new ages of electronics, especially the home computer and eventually, Instagram. Makes us wonder..what would Instagram look like if it existed in the 80’s? A new YouTube video explains just that.
The video from YouTube user SquirrelMonkeyCom hops into the DeLorean, revs that baby up to 88 and takes us back in time to an alternate 80’s where Instagram actually existed. It was a bit more of a pain though. Users would snap pictures on film, get them printed then send them in to Instagram via mail. (WTF is that?) Instagram would then digitize the photos, sending them back to their creator on either a floppy disk or a state-of-the-art cassette. Talk about innovation!
Enough jibber-jabber, watch the video below!
