Sony has started rolling out firmware update for three of its phones, including the Xperia Z, Xperia ZL and Xperia ZR. Based on Android 4.3, this update brings along several improvements to Bluetooth connectivity, battery, YouTube app, while also updating some of Sony’s own apps.
In the same tweet announcing the big news for its smartphones, Sony also said that Xperia Tablet Z will get the same treatment soon, with ETA set to be announced sometime next week.
Way to go Sony, now please start working on the KitKat update. We know all of these devices are perfectly capable to run this version of Android.
