T-Mobile LG G2 Android 4.4.2 KitKat OTA Now Rolling Out

If you’re rocking the T-Mobile LG G2, then we have some good news for you! Starting today, Android 4.4.2 is rolling out to the hot LG handset, bringing with it all of the new features the latest version of the OS has to offer. T-Mobile first released the software update via PC utility, but now the update is on its way via over the air update right now!

Outside of the OS bump, it also looks like the LG G2 is getting some tweaks in the auto brightness department, which is a welcomed addition.

Beginning March 3, the G2 received a software update to Android KitKat 4.4.2/ D80120a.

If you don’t want to wait for the KitKat update notification, which can take a few days to pop up, simply go to Settings>About Phone to see if it’s waiting for you.

With all of the new goodies inside Android 4.4 KitKat, it’s definitely a good day to be a LG G2 owner on T-Mobile.
