HTC has a new mid-range smartphone offering, the Desire 310. The device was announced today, and features a quad-core 1.3GHz CPU, a 4.5 inch display and a 5MP camera. HTC didn’t shell out any other specs or details pertaining to the device, or price points. As the device is decidedly mid-range, it will more than likely be targeted at emerging markets, meaning we will probably never see the Desire 310 in the U.S.
This news comes just a few weeks after MWC, where HTC unveiled a few new Desire smartphones aimed at emerging markets, the Desire 816 and 610 which will be making their way to Europe in May.
The Desire 310 also brings HTC BlinkFeed and Video Highlights to the device, which will be available in Taiwan beginning in April.
