After unveiling the new L Series III devices before Mobile World Congress, LG is now officially launching the best phone from the pack – L90.
This model will initially hit the CIS region followed by other markets around the world. More information will be available locally at the time of launch.
Specs wise, the L90 comes with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm MSM8226 quad-core chip clocked at 1.2GHz, 4.7-inch qHD IPS screen, 1GB of RAM, 8- or 5-megapixel rear camera (depending on the market), 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 2,540 mAh battery, and 8GB of expandable storage. Android 4.4 KitKat is running the show with LG’s own custom software singing on top. The key feature of that custom software is Knock Code, which is made to simplify the powering on and unlocking process, “making smartphone security easier and more convenient than ever before.”
The L90’s price is still a mystery but we doubt buying one of these will break anyone’s bank. Quite the contrary, chances are it will be offered for some 200 EUR sans any strings attached…
