Samsung Galaxy S III mini Value Edition launches in the Netherlands

Samsung has quietly started selling a special version of its 17-month old Galaxy S III mini in the Netherlands, and we guess few other European markets, as well.

The complicatedly called Galaxy S III mini Value Edition is a low-to-mid end device with specs that build on top of the original S3 mini. Only few things are changed, including the processor included – the Value Edition rocks a 1.2GHz dual-core Cortex-A9 chip clocked at 1.2GHz, while running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of box. The rest of the specs are unchanged though, and we’re really not sure this package is worth 180 EUR. You would be much better off grabbing something more powerful made by a less known company. Yeah, Samsung is getting crazy with its prices…
