Nikon is out with another Android-powered camera. Like that was the case with the Coolpix S800c, the new S810c is also a basic point and shooter. It packs a 16-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor and 12x optical zoom NIKKOR glass lens with 24x Dynamic Fine Zoom. There’s also Nikon’s Lens-Shift Vibration Reduction system included to remove all the traces of blurriness from your photos.

The company failed to mention what kind of hardware the S810c rocks under the hood but we have hard time imagining it’s anything spectacular. We do know it has a “1.2 million-dot” 3.7-inch screen, Wi-Fi connectivity support, while Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean is running the show. This will allow you to easily beam your photos to the popular services like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and many others, without having to connect the phone to your PC/Mac. The price is set at $349.95 and the first units will hit the stores in May.
