Samsung can’t stop announcing new devices. In addition to existing Tab, Pro and Note models, the Korean company may be working on another, premium tablet series. Or that’s just another member of the Note family? We’re not sure.
Anyhow, SamMobile discovered a new, still unannounced Samsung tablet marked as SM-T800. What makes this device unique is that it packs a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED screen with 2560×1600 pixels resolution. Rest of the specs apparently include Qualcomm’s or Samsung’s quad/octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, optional LTE connectivity support, 7,900 mAh battery, and 16-64 GB of expandable storage.
That’s all cool but it’s still not clear when Samsung will officially unveil this device. We expected it — or that’s a similar model — to debut at this year’s CES in Las Vegas, but alas – that hasn’t happened. Waiting and seeing is pretty much all we can do at the moment, all while keeping our ears on the street for any additional information. Stay tuned as we bring you more…
