Motorola Mobility’s Senior Director of Software Product Management David Schuster spilled the beans on the upcoming update to the Droid RAZR HD and RAZR M, saying that these two phones will get their KitKat goodies in a few weeks.
“A number of people have been asking me about that status of the KitKat upgrade for the 2012 DROID family (HD and M). I am happy to report that we have made great progress and it should only be a few more weeks until you guys can enjoy it. So stay tuned…”, he shared in a Google+ post.
Users should expect an array of performance improvements and bug fixes, as well as few new/updated apps, but we’re not sure whether they’ll get some of the key Moto X goodies like that “always listen” mode. Now that would be something, right?
